The show begins from where it ended last week. Urmi Devi (UD) is asking Jagya (J) about his education and also about his experience working in Mumbai. She then questions him as to what made him come back to Jaitser from Mumbai since the opportunities are much more there in the city. Sumitra intervenes and says that J wanted to serve his village and also since they have their own hospital he need not work for someone else. UD is impressed by J’s dedication to his village in a time when kids don’t even think of their own parents before their career.
Anandi (A), Sachi and Ganga (G) are then shown coming down to the living room. Seeing A UD remembers about her meeting with A in the past at the temple. UD is spellbound seeing A and asks her if she the same girl who met her at the temple with Shiv. Everyone in the room is surprised hearing this. A also recollects the happening at the temple. UD asks her if she married the snobbish cheat Shiv. Everyone gets angry hearing this. Nirmala then stops UD from saying anything more telling her that A is Shiv’s wife and the ex wife of J. Hearing this UD exclaims to A that she had to compromise since it was her second marriage or else it is impossible for any girl to marry a person like Shiv (S). Sachi looses her cool and yells at UD for talking ill about her brother. She asks UD what makes her feel that A had to make a compromise? She tells her that the couple are very happy together and have just returned from their honeymoon. Infact A is lucky to have a husband like S.
Dadi Sa (DS) then enters saying that Sachi is right and there could not be anyone better for A than S. UD fumes seeing DS and recollects the past when she recognizes DS. Ds doesnot see UD yet. UD gets angry thinking that DS lied to her so that her divorcee daughter could marry S. DS greets UD still not recognizing her. Ds tells UD that she obliged them by visiting the haveli. UD replies that Ds was the one who obliged her in the past and then reminds her of their meeting. Bhairav asks her what she was talking about. UD tells him that its difficult to face the truth or for that matter he is unaware of the truth. DS looks tensed and sheepish during this time. UD then reveals what Ds told her about S.
She tells them about how Ds told her about S being short tempered, not respecting equality between man and women and also about him having an affair with a girl in London. She then sarcastically says that poor A got lured into such a relationship. UD asks A if she forgot about finding out about the old lady who lied to her, or is it that S tortured her so much that she lost her memory. She continues to taunt when J asks her to stop and say what she wants to clearly. Ud then says that the old lady who spoke ill about S was no one other than DS. Everyone is shocked hearing this. A then remembers her face off with DS after she got to know about DS doing. They show flashes of A questioning DS in the past when the family recollect that incident.
UD continues to blame DS for ruining the proposal of S with her daughter in order to get A married to him. Ud curses herself for believing DS. She cannot imagine that a person of her age could lie so much. People talk highly of Ds but her true nature is hidden from all. She destroyed an innocent girls life even before it could be settled. UD then turns to A and says that looking at A she can see that A knew about all this and she was hands in gloves with DS in this since she wanted to get married again. Sachi looks disgusted and angry. UD then tells DS that she has snatched the share of UD’s daughter’s happiness and filled it in A’s life.
She then tells A that she should not consider getting S as her good fortune since they got S through lies and deceit. Ud continues to tell Ds that by doing bad to others good cannot be expected for oneself. Moreover sins and faults cannot be hidden for long. She says that she is ready to keep her daughter unmarried for life but would never send her daughter to a house where a lier and cheat is the head of the family. Ud threatens Ds telling her that she will see to it that everyone gets to know about DS true nature. She continues abusing her and then walks out of the haveli with Nirmala.
Everyone is left shocked and DS breakdown. A disappointed J goes upstairs. A then tries to talk to Sachi but Sachi yells back at her saying that she cannot trust anything that A says to her. She says that she got to know about this only today but she always felt that A and her family lured her innocent brother into this marriage. She has now seen the truth from her own eyes and now she feels suffocated to be in the haveli for even a minute more. Saying this she gives a disgusted look to Ds and walks out with A running after her trying to console her. The Singhs are left shocked.
Anandi follows Saanchi to pacify her. Saanchi says she does not want to listen to any further cooked up story from Anandi under the name of truth. She does not trust her. When A asks her to stay back and talk, Saanchi replies that she wouldn’t want to spend a minute in a place where people made game plans against her brother. Saanchi further asks A, how could have she let her DS say all this about Shiv? A was embarrassed. Saanchi was all ready to head off to KB, but A says she too will join.
DS and Singhs feel embarrassed about the whole situation. DS is very guilty and feels sorry for Anandi, who will now have to bear the burns of her grandmother’s mistakes. Bhairon pacifys DS, saying she did not do this with a wrong intent and Basant seconds this. DS still continues to feel guilty. Sumi also supports the men saying that if DS hadn’t taken such a step, Anandi would have never got a chance to re-marry with a guy like Shiv.
DS says that Anandi will have to face a big embarrassment due to her mistake, but Anandi comes back to tell Ds that, it is fine. After all Ds did all this out of her love for Anandi, and hence she will always be proud of her Ds. DS is still worried for A and suggests to go to KB with her, but A convinces that she will explain to her family and all will be fine. A insists that she will manage and goes to pick her luggage.
She stops by Jagya’s room. (Tana dhin music in the background). J feels sorry for Anandi and expresses the same. A says that this situation was bound to come one day. One has to bear the consequences of their doings. J says, no one knows it better than him. J then defends Ds and says she did this all out of love and affection for A. However, he thinks Saanchi won’t let the matter slip off that easily. He suggests to speak to Saanchi and Shiv, but A insists that she will handle it with her family. She instead apologises to J, that because of her a good matrimonial proposal was lost. J puts her at ease. They both say bye.
Anandi tries to call Shiv to explain the situation but Shiv’s call is switched off. Ganga also feels sorry for A and tells her the same. She hopes that her in-laws understand her. A tells her to look after everyone i.e. DS, Nandu, taiji and Jagya. Ganga prays for A. A leaves.
In Car:In the car there is tension between A and Saanchi. A tries to call Shiv, on which Saanchi taunts that when Shiv gets to know about her real face, he will hate her beyond her belief. At haveli:J is in his room playing with Mannu. G comes to see him and tells not to feel unhappy that he lost a good alliance. J says that he is worried for his Ds and family. Already he is not interested in getting married, but why doesn’t his family understand that he is happy being alone. What’s the point of inviting troubles all the times. G pacifies him to eat something.
At KB: Saanchi enters in full anger and explains her version of the incident. Saanchi tells her mom that they have been betrayed badly. She says that she tried to warn the family many times, but the family paid no heed. She adds that when she enacted how Anandi trapped Shiv, she was scolded, however that fact is proven. She declares that Anandi and her Ds together have trapped Shiv into marrying Anandi. She then narrates the whole incident of Urmi devi’s daughter’s alliance for Shiv and how UD had a misconception that Shiv is a bad guy. She clears that the news was spread by DS. That this was a game plan by Ds to which Anandi supported consent fully. All eyes were on Anandi, waiting for an answer.
