Its morning, Ishita cancels all her appointments for the week. Raman wakes up and asks where are you going. She says Khandpur, to Adi. He says you spoke to Adi, what happened. She says I feel he is in some problem, I should be there if he needs me. He says he has grown up, he will call us if he needs help. She says I got a bad dream, he is my son, I can’t stay here, I will settle him and come. He says for just a dream, fine I will drop you. She says no, I booked a taxi, I will go. He says no, I will come, who knows you get a dream to go to moon and leave for there. He smiles and goes to get fresh.
Ruhi comes office and asks why did anyone not come. Peon says its 8am, everything will come by 9. Ruhi goes to work. Staff starts coming. Peon tells them that Ruhi has come. They all sit to work. Romi comes and asks Ruhi did you start early. Ruhi says I want this project to end on time. He asks her not to worry. She says I will give my best and end this project to show that Ashok.
Ashok says we have to workout my plan today. Gagan asks him not to worry. Ashok says you got Adi’s factory details, its fine, but we have to do something to stop his factory work. Gagan says we will see. Ashok says he is Raman’s son, Raman is a big man, Adi has come here to prove himself. Gagan says we have to do something big then. Ashok says I think if workers stop from work, the factory will not start. Gagan says this is great idea, I will see who works in his factory. Ashok says I will see how Adi completes this project.
Adi makes tea and it falls. Raman and Ishita come and smile seeing him. Ishita says I will make tea again. Adi hugs them. He asks did you fight. Raman says what image did you make. Ishita says we always fight, not this time, we came to meet you. Raman says she got a bad dream and came here. Adi says you became typical serial mumma, to protect son always, I will take care. Ishita says I will protect you, I came here for you, you have to do your work, I will take care of you, do you have any problem. Raman says keep her, do I drive a taxi every day. He gets a call. He asks them to take care. He reminds her that she has a husband too, so come back soon.
He hugs them and goes. Ishita hugs Adi and says I missed you a lot, I will see your kitchen first. She sets the house. She hears kids playing and goes to see. She sees a boy sitting away and crying. She goes to him and asks what happened, did mumma beat you. The other boy says his teeth has decay. Ishita asks the boy to show his teeth. She says I have made kheer, its tasty, will you have it, come with me. She gives kheer to all of them. The boy can’t eat it and holds his cheek. Ishita says you have tooth pain, kheer will feel bad if you don’t eat it, if I end your tooth pain then… I m dental doctor, I can make the pain away. The boy agrees. Ishita tells them Krishna’s story and checks his tooth.
Ruhi asks Shweta to get everyone in conference hall. Romi says what happened to Ruhi, so much work stress in such young age. Vaibhav and everyone surprise Ruhi, to celebrate her success. Ruhi gets angry and takes the cake to throw it. Raman and Romi come. Raman stops Ruhi. Raman defends her step. She says we all are working as team, we should respect their feelings too, come cut the cake. He makes her cut the cake. He asks peon to give cake to everyone, after all its Ruhi’s first major contract. Ruhi gets a call and goes out.
Raman says you were right Ruhi, she has to learn how to work as a team, if anyone’s sentiments are hurt, it will be our loss. The ladies come and see Ishita treating the boy’s tooth pain. Ishita says its a guava or pomegranate seed, what did you eat. The boy says guava. She asks all kids to brush in morning and night. She gives him a clove and asks him to press it against that tooth. The boy says I m feeling better, the pain got away. She tells his mum about Ishita treating the tooth.
All ladies sit and have kheer. Adi comes. Ishita tells Adi about treating the boy’s dental pain. She asks will you have kheer. He says no, you have it. She goes to him and asks what happened. Adi says no worker came to work at factory, I hired everyone, they all were happy to get work. She says why did they not work. He says how to find out, the worker shut door on my face, the people don’t want to work. The ladies hear them and leave. Adi says people hear don’t know how to talk to women, you don’t go. She says I will go and see guests. He says I have to do something, else factory will not work.
Raman asks Ruhi what were you doing, your ideas are brilliant, but your way of work is bad, that’s our staff. She says we got a big contract, if we waste time, who will work. He says you are right, I will ask Romi to give leave to staff, you do this alone. She says staff is needed, how will I do alone. He says exactly, they are staff, we need them more than they need us, we will complete project by their help, if you respect them, they will respect you, I never misbehaved with anyone, if I did, I apologized, if you insult them, you will lose your respect, business is business when everyone work as team, its not an individual, respect is much imp, this mistake should not happen again, you have to prove you are responsible.
