Noor telling Shayra that she will be accused of third murder too. She says I have named my death on your name and stabs herself. Shayra tries to stop her. Noor climbs on the railing of the balcony and falls, but Shayra holds her hand. Noor is hanging in air while Shayra is holding her hand. Noor asks her to leave her hand. Shayra asks her not to fall. Doctor treats Noor in the house. Azaan and Shayra worry and cry for her. Khalid says nothing shall happen to my Noor and cries. Razia pacifies Azaan. Azaan says how to pacify. Saba blames Shayra for Noor’s condition. Razia says Shayra. Saba says Noor tried to fall down because of Shayra. Razia says Shayra saved her ricking her own life. Asgar and Surayya rejoice. Doctor tells that Noor is out of danger, but going through depression and she might attempt to suicide again. He asks her to keep eye on her and make sure that she stays happy. Shayra recalls promising Yasmeen. Khalid asks Surayya if she provoked Noor to commit suicide and says if you have done this. She holds his hand and asks him not to use his mind. Asgar asks her to calm down. Surayya reminds Khalid what Noor did with him. Khalid hears someone telling that Noor got consciousness. Asgar tells Surayya that Noor will become snake in sleeve and will bite everyone, she will not write story, but dastaan.
Noor gains consciousness. Razia asks are you fine? Saba scolds her for doing this foolishness. Razia says if anything had happened to you then what I would have told Meenu. Noor gets angry seeing Shayra and hits something to hurt her. Azaan shouts Noor and asks her to pacify. Noor says she will take her life and asks Azaan to ask her to go. She says she is not letting me die also. Azaan asks her to listen. Noor threatens to cut her nerves and keeping scissor on her hand. Azaan asks Shayra to go and shouts asking her to go.
