Friday Update May 18th on True Love

Vansh’s refusal to marry shocks Nani & Taps. Nani first tries to persuade him by telling him that how could he refuse now that all preparations have been made and everybody is eagerly waiting for him to come down. When all this has no impact on him, she targets his self respect by reminding him of all the promises that he had made… of accepting Ichcha regardless of her past…Nani further provokes his self respect by telling him that he can not be a Bundela as he has so easily forgotten what Ichcha did for him and is in fact doubting her …She enlightens him with the fact that his Mai had come pleading for his marriage to Ichcha so as to help him out of his hellish past, and he is stuck on to Ichcha’s past…. and what would he tell his younger brother who never cared for anyone except him from the day he got married till date(meaning Tappu) she further shocks Vansh by revealing to him that his father, mother and dadaji were well aware of all this. Nani asks Vansh what reason he would give for breaking the marriage, whether he would be able to tell people that it is because his Ichcha at one point of time loved Veer, she points it out to Vansh that his refusal to marry could deal a death blow to Ichcha, Damini and Jogi Thakur and how would they be able to live after being insulted thus…as people would laugh at them for having trusted a drug addict….and that she cannot even fathom the consequences of his actions on his Mai… Next, she diplomatically tells Vansh that she and Tappu will themselves go down and tell everyone that Vansh Singh Bundela’s love was a lie…a pretence. Nani goes even further to tell him that at least Veer’s love was better than his as he never doubted Ichcha and even fought with his family to prove his “deewangee” and that Vansh stands nowhere in comparison to his brother’s love. . Taps is shown to be upset as Nani unknowingly blurts out the truth. Vansh starts to go downstairs and recollects Tapsya telling him how Veer had come to ask her hand in marriage, but had instead fallen in love with Ichcha, Mai asking Vansh if he had ever asked Ichcha what she wants, Veer’s reaction to Vansh’s proclamation of his love for Ichcha, how Ichcha had NEVER confessed her love for Vansh and various such incidents. Meanwhile Taps and Nani are shocked; Taps worriedly asks Nani what if Vansh refuses to marry. Everybody is happy to see Vansh finally come down the stairs, not aware what goes on in his mind …Veer goes to Vansh, the latter recollects Veer and Ichcha’s reaction when he had asked Veer to apply color to his would be wife, during Holi. Vansh and Veer stare at each other for a few moments. Judging by the look in his eyes, I guess Veer realizes that Vansh is now aware of the truth…Vansh moves forward…people are happy see him go towards the ‘mandap’, only to realize that he may be walking out the door ! Every one seems to be shocked now,
