Virat tells Bhavani that Sayi has applied Alta. Ashwini tells Virat that that is why she told him to speak to Sai once as stories change if listen. Pakhi asks Sayi why did she deny to apply alta when whole family insisted. Bhavani and Saloni back her. Ashwini says Sai applied it for Virat’s safety after hearing it will bring bad for her husband. Virat gets impressed hearing that. Pakhi stands jealous hearing that. She says when everyone is ready, let us start pooja. Pooja starts. Sayi asks panditji to finish pooja soon as she needs to study. He agrees and starts pooja. She prays Mahadev to keep Aaba happy in heaven, even her family members, especially Virat as he is tough from outside and soft from inside like a coconut. Virat joins them. Panditji asks who will perform Rudraabhishek. Bhavani asks Pakhi to go. Ashwini asks Virat and Sayi to perform Rudraabhishek as it is good if newly married couple do it.
Virat and Sayi perform abhishek as per Panditji’s guidance. Pakhi gets more jealous seeing that. They perform aarti next. Sayi looks at Virat repeatedly. Bhavani asks Pakhi to perform aarti next as every suhagan/married woman should perform Mahadev and Devi Parvati’s aarti. She performs aarti. Panditji asks Virat to apply sindhoor on his wife’s forehead now. He does same. Ashwini prays Mahadev to protect his son and bahu from all evil eyes.
After sometime, Virat walks into his room and seeing Sayi sleeping while studying thinks if Sayi applied alta for his safety or on Aayi’s order as she does anything for the people she loves, but when Aayi told she did for his safety, Sayi didn’t react and she doesn’t lie. He looks at her and murmurs that she looks so pretty asleep but when she wakes up, she starts blabbering and will praise Aniket’s singing, then thinks why is he feeling bad. He looks at her name on her pen. He wakes her up poking her shoulder. She opens eyes. He says he was trying to wake her up as he wants to sleep. She says who is stopping him. He says her books are on his bed. She asks why did he poke her shoulder instead of calling her name. He says he didn’t want to call her loudly and shock her. She takes books aside and says he can sleep while she goes to study. He asks why at this time. She says she has to do household chores in the morning and then go to college as family considers her as maid and she has to work if she has to stay here. He asks why she exaggerates issue. She walks to table to study. He sees her alta applied feet and says they are looking pretty, but they have rashes. Sai says she is allergic to alta. He asks why did she apply then and brings ointment for her. She says its not for allergy.
Karishma while wrapping up pooja venue says she and Mohit had to perform pooja and not Virat and Sayi as they married before Virat and Sayi. Ashwini says Virat and Sayi are elder to her in both relationship and status. Pakhi walks in. Saloni says Pakhi and Samrat should have performed pooja, but in Samrat’s absence, Sayi snatched Pakhi’s right. Bhavani hopes Samrat returns soon and their house is prosperous again.
Virat walks into kitchen and searches baking powder. Ashwini walks in. He says he is getting salt. She asks for Sayi? He says baking soda as she used to apply it on him when he used to get rashes in childhood. She says when she told in the morning to support her, he didn’t and now he is worried for her; she suggests that Sayi will not obey him if he forces and scolds her, but will if he speaks to her with love. He smiles. She says everyone went and had dinner after pooja, but Sayi went to study, so she is taking food for Sayi. He says dal was very tasty. She says he should have it with Sayi then. He says he is full and will feed Sayi though. She gives him food tray.
Virat walks towards his room with food tray for Sayi when he sees Pakhi standing in balcony crying and asks if she had food. She says he shouldn’t bother about her and take food for his wife. He asks why is she telling this. She says even she applied alta, but nobody noticed it and praised Sayi instead; as an elder bahu, it was her right to do Rudraabhishek, but Sayi took it away and he calls himself as her bestfriend . He says he is her bestfriend. She says he is just Sayi’s wife and not anyone’s relative, not even her bestfriend, she doesn’t know why she is staying here. He says whole family loves her and cares for her. She asks what about it.
Pakhi confronts Virat that he calls himself as her bestfriend. He says he is her bestfriend. She says he doesn’t look anything else than Sayi’s husband, she doesn’t know why she is here and for whom. He says everyone loves and cares for her. She asks if he cares for her. He says of course as he is her friend, she will see everything getting normal once Samrat returns. She says she doesn’t love Samrat. He says she will once they get to know each other. She asks if Samrat will return. He says yes his brother will. She says she doesn’t think so as nobody at home talks about Samrat now, she attended pooja as a suhagan but doesn’t even know if she is a suhagan or not. He asks not to say that. She says she is slipping like a sand in hand and doesn’t know what is happening with her. He sits next to her and asks not to lose hope, she will get all her rights when Samrat returns. She says she may get happy for family when Samrat returns, but doesn’t know if she will be happy. He says many times life doesn’t go according to them, but they have to go according to life, so she should accept it as life’s decision. She asks if he thinks so. He says yes. She asks him to go and feed his wife as she may be waiting for him.
Virat takes food for Sayi and says Aayi sent her food and asked to finish it in front of him. Sayi thinks Aayi loves her so much. He prepares baking power paste and pulls her feet to apply it on them. She asks not to do that as family will blame her. He keeps his finger on her lips. She stops and asks again to please leave her foot. He says he brought it for her, means Aayi sent it for her as baking soda heals allergic skin. She says she herself will apply it. He stops her and applies it on her feet carefully. She looks at her face smilingly, then says Aayi loves her so much and told not to apply alta knowing about her allergy and today sent baking soda. He asks if she loves Aayi a lot. She says yes and one more person in this house. He asks whom. She says Devyani Tai and asks who else did he think of. He says even he felt same. She says Devyani tai is very cute and suffered a lot.
He asks if she loves also someone else in this house. She says nobody else is fit to be loved in this house. He asks not even him? She says it can happen, but in his dreams. He says if she will have food now. She says she doesn’t want to as she needs to study. He says he will not let her sleep and will dance for her. She says Aaba used to feed her when she used to study and when she used to fall asleep, he used to wake her up and feed. He makes her sit and feeds her. She gets emotional. He asks what happened, if she didn’t like it, he will not, but she shouldn’t cry. She holds his hand and taking a bit says not only Aaba but also Usha mausi fed her, but only Aaba at late night while she studied. Serial’s title track plays in the background. She holds his hand again and eats again. He says she tries to find similarity between him and Kamal sir and will stop if she doesn’t like it. She says she doesn’t know if she is feeling good but also not feeling bad. He says even he feels good feeding her.
She continues and says she is full and why he is overfeeding her. He says because she applied alta for his safety. She says she applied it for aayi. He angrily asks if she didn’t apply alta for her husband but for her MIL’s safety, how dare she is to say that. She gets tensed. He laughs and says he was joking. She says she knows husband and MIL’s son are same. He laughs and asks how is her dance practice going. She says good. He asks what about Aniket. She asks why he is worried about Aniket, he is not so important. He says yes, he is not even taller than him. She asks if he sent police to college to check on Aniket. He says yes, then says no, why would he check Aniket’s height. She says she couldn’t see police officer’s face who was questioning Aniket. He says thank god he is saved. She asks what. He says its 11 p.m., and thinks thank god she didn’t see his face or else she would have thrown plate on him.
