Madhvi confirms Dharma’s suspicions. There is more truth behind his death than the world knows. Please don’t think of my husband as the culprit. He was forced to do it. Raj Vaid was paid money to lie in the court regarding the autopsy. I don’t know who the person was and why he was trying to hide the truth, but now we know that the truth about Chanakya’s death is not true.
The soldiers discuss about Ashoka. They ask everyone about a kid who is not from here. A girl is with him. Inform us if you see them. Ashoka wants to reach the old palace but he cannot go out easily as there are soldiers all around. On the other hand, Kaurvaki too is worried about the soldiers. They both are on their own.
Madhvi gives something to Dharma. It is so precious that he could not take it. This is the only hint that someone is trying to hide the truth from the world. He is paying him handsomely. I haven’t seen him. Dharma says how can I believe you. You wouldn’t have told me if I had not questioned you today! Why did you not tell anyone, or Samrat, about this? I can get you imprisoned for life. Madhvi replies that she did not want to put her family, her husband’s life in risk. I am not that strong. I tried to ask my husband but he threatened to kill me if I tell anyone about this secret. Dharma wants to meet Raj vaid. Madhvi asvises her against it. those, who want to hide this matter, might kill my husband and son. I promise to inform you as soon as I get any info. Pleas believe me this time!
Ashoka covers his face with a shawl and walks limping. The soldier stops him. Kaurvaki comes running there. Your father isn’t well. Come with me. They both manage to go away successfully. Kaurvaki points out that he wouldn’t have escaped from there if she wasn’t there. He says this shows how much your need me. She declines. They both go separate ways but collide with each other again. He asks her to leave him alone. You have become like a leech. She tells him to clear his misunderstanding. They both bicker and then part ways.
Dharma paces in her room. A Daasi comes there. You look worried. Dharma shares that they know the wrong story of Acharya Chanakya’s death. No one would have hidden it if they had not paid Raj Vaid this way to keep quiet. I don’t want Madhvi and her family to be in some problem, but I cannot sit quietly. Acharya’s culprits are roaming around openly. I will tell Samrat everything. Daasi stops her. Madhvi can back out. She and her husband might refuse to accept it before Samrat. We don’t have enough roofs. Whoever gave this bangle, is either someone from the royal family or a person who is close to the royal family. But how do we figure it out? Dharma has an idea.
Ashoka is relieved as Kaurvaki is not with him. She keeps talking nonstop all the time. If she gets to know that I am the prince of Magadh then she will tell everyone! He continues to look around for Sudama.
Kaurvaki notices a man sitting in a corner. She touches his hand but it isn’t the one she is looking for. Do you know Jagannath? Someone told me he is here. Please tell me his whereabouts. I am his daughter. The man looks away! She thinks that man fooled her. He took my gold coin as well. She rushes from there. Ashoka calls out after her but she does not pay heed. Ashoka walks up to the same man. Are you Sudama? The man looks up. I am sure you only are Prantpal Sudama. Sudama gets angry at him. I am only Sudama. Ashoka gives his intro. I have come to help you. my truth wont change even if you look away. I will still be the son of Samrat Bindusar who has come to help Takshshila.
The question is, are you with Samrat Bindusar or not? I lost the gold coin that my father gave to me. My father trusted you and still does! Please help me in reaching Kichak. I have only seen pain and sadness around since I came here. I will spread peace in Takshshila after removing Kichak. I will help you too if you help me. Sudama laughs at him. Once upon a time, there was my Guru Chandragupta Maurya’s flag that was hoisted. Today it has been replaced by Kichak’s flag. I will be free the day my flag will be back in its place. I could not protect the Maurya’s! Ashoka requests him to help him. Sudama says only a person named Nayak can help him. He is the shortest way to reach Kichak. But he will actually help only Mahanayak Kichak, not you! He has dedicated himself to Takshshila completely.
Dharma asks a jeweller to ascertain the cost of all the gold ornaments. I have to donate it all for women welfare. The Daasi shows that particular bangle to the jeweller. He is sure it must be in pair. Dharma asks him if he remembers who made it and for whom. Our ancestors only would have made it. Both men and women can wear it. it isn’t possible to find out who took it first and who it was handed over to later on. I will tell you by tomorrow. Dharma thanks him. He leaves. Dharma wonders how to find out about the bangle now. Ashoka would have helped me if he was here. I cannot trust anyone else but! The Daasi calls it a hint frm Acharya Chanakya. He wants us to find out the traitors who stay amidst us. We should not give up. We will be successful for sure!
Kichak throws a dagger at Nayak. He stands rooted to his place. Kichak asks him till when he will be dedicated to Takshshila. Nayak talks about his vow. I have pledged to do anything for Takshshila. Kichak shows the gold coin to Nayak. This belongs to Maurya’s. Ashoka is here only. Find him out from anywhere!
Siamak practises sword fighting. Sushim comes there. He challenges Siamak for a fight. It is ok if you play in Rajmata’s lap with these Unani’s toys, not on the throne! They continue fighting. Sushim is about to lose. He cheats by pretending to see Rani Noor. Siamak is angry with him. Charu and Rajmata come there. They both tell each other to keep their sons in control. Charu is curious why Rajmata Helena wants to protect Siamak so much. Rajmata tells her to keep Sushim in check. Charu asks her what she will do. Rajmata reminds her that Chanakya made a similar mistake. Charu makes it clear to her that she wont let anyone come between her son and throne! Mahamatya tells them not to fight amongst themselves right now. A bigger problem has come up. We can only solve it when we stay united.
Ashoka wonders how to look for Nayak. Everything seems impossible as I have lost that gold coin. He notices the same old man and walks away hurriedly. The old man follows him. Ashoka goes away. He appears behind him and confronts him. Why were you following me? Who are you? The man wants to know the same thing. Why have you come here? Who are you looking for? maybe I can show you the way to find that person. Ashoka takes Nayak’s name. The man is amazed. Every kid wants to stay out of his way, yet you are looking for him only. There are chances that he might be looking for you as well. Nothing will work out if you will continue to roam around while hiding your reality. Ashoka notices the Shivlinga nearby. Please help me reach Nayak.
Soldiers announce about the kid who dared to rebel against their Mahanayak. Whoever tells us about that kid will be awarded prize. Whoever helps that person will be severely punished. Nayak comes there. People cheer for him. Ashoka notices him too.
Raj Vaid tells Mahamatya, Charu, Sushim, Siamak and Rajmata that Rani Dharma has got a doubt about Acharya Chanakya’s truth. My wife showed her the royal bangle. Flashback is shown. Raj Vaid kills his own son as he attempts to kill Madhvi. She tells Raj Vaid she was quiet till now for their son only. I will tell the truth to Samrat now. She turns to go but he stabs her. Flashback ends. I did not want to kill them. Madhvi did not know anything. I killed them in fear. What will I do if Rani Dharma tries to find out the truth? I want to go away from this place. Rajmata tells him to go home and pack his bags. We will send you to a place where no one will be able to find you! He leaves. They are all relieved as Dharma does not know their names.
Ashoka walks out on the streets openly. He stands face to face with Nayak. The soldiers recognize him. Ashoka affirms it too. I want to talk to you. Please step down from your horse. Nayak does so. He stands before Ashoka. Ashoka gives his intro to him. I lost the royal coin that my father gave me. I cannot give you a proof of my identity. Sudama ji told me that it is only you who can make me meet Kichak. Nayak says Sudama was right. Coincidentally, I got that coin before you. I will take you before Kichak, but only after killing you. Ashoka speaks about his bravery. You support injustice and wrong? What’s the point of the strength which is used to hurt innocent people? Nayak says my ancestors swore to follow the orders given by the ruler of Takshshila. We never question it. I am impressed by you though. I will not kill you. I will give you a chance to save yourself from death. You will stay alive if you succeed in saving yourself. You know the other consequence otherwise! Nayak hits Ashoka. He falls on the ground. Nayak attacks him. Ashoka tries his best to save himself.
The old man intervenes. He makes the shield land far from there. Nayak demands to know who he is. No ordinary person can do so. Who are you! The man removes his moustache and beard. Nayak recognizes him – Acharya Devrath. You shouldn’t have interfered. Acharya tells Nayak he has made one mistake already by imprisoning Sudama. I wont let you repeat it. I wont let you hurt this kid. Nayak insists no one can stop him from doing his duty. Acharya talks about following what is right. Nayak calls him a rebel. Will you tell me now what I should do? Acharya agrees to set right what is wrong. He fights with Nayak. He manages to flee from there with Ashoka. He orders his soldiers to catch them!
