The court hearing starting. Dinesh cracks jokes in the court. He says I will send Aparna back to kitchen, from where she has come. He says I want to say Ahaan, the superstar, his song was viral before he met Rangoli, Ahaan is a culprit, permit me to call some witnesses. Judge says you may. Dinesh says I will call Mishka in witness box. Mishka goes in witness box and swears that she will say just the truth. Dinesh asks her to put light on Ahaan and Rangoli’s relationship. Mishka says they met in club first and then JMD’s party, then Ahaan started coming home, Rangoli is simple person. Dinesh asks did he start coming without invitation.
Mishka says yes, Rangoli is a big star, she doesn’t need a struggler. Anita says no one needs this struggler. Dinesh asks Aparna does she need more days to prepare. Aparna says no questions. Pankti and Ahaan worry. Mishka goes. Dinesh says I will call director Shubhendu now. Shubhendu comes and says I swear to say the truth, Ahaan was going to Rangoli often and did our loss. Ahaan says I wasn’t fine. Dinesh asks Shubhendu to leave. Aparna says no questions.
Hotel receptionist says Ahaan had taken Rangoli with him, and I have seen Rangoli leaving at night, she was covering herself with a blanket, like something wrong happened with her. Dinesh asks judge to note this point. Rangoli smiles. Dinesh says I would like to call Vikram here. Vikram and everyone get shocked. Aparna says Vikram isn’t related to this case. Dinesh asks what problem do you have with Pankti. Aparna says this isn’t related to case. Dinesh says its related, let me ask, what problem does Vikram has with Pankti. Vikram says I had problem with Pankti, as she was my dad’s mistress. Ahaan gets angry. The people comment on such bad family. Dinesh says Ahaan couldn’t do anything to Vikram and took revenge with Rangoli, as she was made JMD’s face by Vikram, till when will this go on, how long will a man hunt a woman to vent out anger, punish this man. Aparna worries. Judge asks do you have to ask anything. She says no questions. Vikram goes. Aparna calls Rangoli in witness box and asks her about Ahaan.
Rangoli says I can’t say much about Ahaan. Dinesh sits playing games. Aparna smiles and says children learn things as per their company. She taunts Dinesh and says Rangoli is also addicted to phone, she used to call Ahaan so much. Rangoli says I used to call normally. Aparna says Rangoli called Ahaan 34 times and then 76 times too. Rangoli says Ahaan also called me. Aparna says he would have called you 8 times maximum, what’s the reason for her calls. Rangoli says I thought he is my good friend. Aparna says such a good friend that you called him home at night. Rangoli says I didn’t call him home, he used to come himself, I called him as I was afraid.
Aparna asks afraid of whom. Dinesh says what’s the relation with this case. Aparna says you said a lawyer’s work is to present the case and judge will decide. Pankti goes to call Uday. Aparna says Ahaan’s marriage was fixed, you convinced Ahaan to come for shoot. Rangoli says yes, it was right for his career. Dinesh asks what’s this blame. Aparna says I can prove, Rangoli had planned this before, she used to call him at odd hours, she acted scared to get his attention. She shows some pics and says look at this carefully, you can see Rangoli, she was normal when she left from room, when she reached lobby, she acted scared, why, Ahaan was in room, what happened with her. She questions Rangoli. Dinesh says Ahaan was sure that his mum will prove him right, there was CCTV camera there, is this a classroom or court, we are presenting proof and she is presenting stories. Pankti says it isn’t a story, but the truth, we have a witness to prove that Rangoli manipulated Ahaan to come to her room. Rangoli recalls the man and gets shocked.
Patel telling the court that Rangoli and Ahaan argued, and she took him to her room against his will. Dinesh says we have seen you in footage, I didn’t know you will become prime witness of this case. Dinesh questions Patel. He says I have to take law lessons from Aparna now. She says we have the audio recording of Ahaan and Rangoli, since Patel was talking to his wife at that time when he was passing by them. Pankti recalls asking Uday to get audio recording of the call to his wife. Dinesh says I object. Aparna plays the audio recording.
They hear Rangoli saying, this is Pankti’s room, come. Rangoli worries. People in court gossip. Dinesh says you shouldn’t jump on conclusions so soon, this is blood test reports of Ahaan, it proves that he is a drug addict. Rangoli smiles. Aparna says we don’t know about it, he should have shared it with us. Dinesh says the reports have just come, justice shouldn’t be delayed. Ahaan says he is lying, I don’t take drugs. Dinesh gets more reports. He says police has caught the drug peddler, he said he supplies drugs to Ahaan since years. They all get shocked. Ahaan says please try to understand, I never took drugs. Judge permits Dinesh to call the drug peddler. The man comes there. Ahaan recalls meeting him. The man says Ahaan is my customer. Ahaan says I met him. Dinesh says then game is over now. The man says this customer pays on time always.
Aparna asks what kind of drugs you used to supply. The man says any type he wants. She says you mean wherever he called you, you reached him. He says instant service. She asks where do you stay, you deliver drugs to Ahaan at his home, office or shoot, right. He says yes, I went there on madam’s call that day. She asks who called you there. He says don’t know. She says when you got the call, you delivered the drugs, you would know the caller. Dinesh sees Rangoli. She says I will tell you whose call he got, he got Mishka’s call. She says I want permission to call on that unknown number, if justice is delayed, it won’t help anyone. She taunts Dinesh. Judge permits her. She gets the man’s phone and calls on number. The number doesn’t connect. Aparna says I will try again.
Dinesh gets relieved when call doesn’t connect. Aparna takes some time from court. Ahaan is taken away by police. People chant justice for Rangoli. Rangoli acts as victim and leaves with her lawyer. Aparna sees the media response against Ahaan. Anita asks Pankti to leave Ahaan, she will get a client for her. She talks cheap. Poorva asks her to stop drama. Pankti says its fine, whenever mum is against me, I get sure that I m on my right path. Rangoli recalls Aparna’s words and gets angry. Dinesh comes and asks her to relax. He says I m winning the case, and you are upset. She says you underestimated Aparna. He says I will use Patel’s statement and defeat Aparna in court. Rangoli looks on.
