Viraj is miffed with Commissioner for not being able to find any clue about Dada’s murderer. Sitara tells him to calm down but he wants it to happen asap. I cannot even prove your innocence in front of Ma! He gets a call and agrees to come asap.
Arjun and Yamini are getting photos clicked in royal attire. Their kids wonder what has happened to them. Padmini tells Samrat she has called Viraj here. He will find out. Viraj and Sitara come there. He questions his Chachu who tells him that he is the successor of Ratan. My Rajyaßabhishek will happen soon. Rani Sa tells him it wont happen like this. Viraj reasons that one ritual is still pending. We can do this later. Rani Sa denies. We will finalize everything right away so no one is in any doubt. Ratan left a will. We will abide by it. Arjun says he never spoke about it. Rani Sa says he did made a will. Vrinda ji has told me about it. Sitara wonders what Vrinda is up to now.
Rani Sa tells the lawyer to read out the will in front of everyone. Lawyer agrees and reads the will. Ratan has nominated Vrinda’s name as the caretaker in his place. Vrinda acts shocked. Viraj questions the will but his mother simply asks him to leave if he cannot respect his father’s wish. This house will run on his rules. She tells the lawyer to continue reading. If Viraj becomes a father in this one month then the baby will be my successor. Otherwise, it will be distributed amongst the poor. My family will only get Rs. 101.
Sitara is sure it is vrinda’s trap. Viraj too refuses to respect it. Dad can never make such a decision. Dad cannot give the responsibility of the palace to a stranger. Arjun and Yamini second his decision. They also challenge that this will is fake. Someone is trying to snatch everything from us! Lawyer shows him the will. Viraj wants it to be checked but lawyer says we do it beforehand when it concerns a royal family. Maharaj was murdered which made it all the more important that we test his handwriting. Yamini screams in her room. Her husband asks her why she is shouting so much. She advises him to practise begging from now itself. You will have to sit right outside the house and beg after a month! I will have to find someone else. He asks her what she is saying. She is angry that everything will be finished in a month. He decides to do something but she knows he wont do much. Now I will have to do something! Albeli hides as Yamini steps out of the room. She pats at Arjun’s shoulder. He shouts at her thinking it is Yamini but gets tensed seeing Albeli. She caresses his shoulder and tells him she wants to help him. I can make you Maharaj for a month after speaking to Didi. She holds his hand tight. Just say yes once. He nods. She smirks as she steps out of the room. Arjun heaves a sigh of relief.
Surili continues chanting the mantra without fail. Vrinda is also chanting a mantra. Mahamata’s idol blinks her eyes. Vrinda asks her to bless the pot now. Her mantras reach the idol and the pot starts shaking badly. Surili is puzzled as to what Vrinda wants to achieve. Vrinda thanks Mahamata. Surili asks her why the pot was shaking. What is inside? Surili looks closely and a baby smiles at her. How will it help us? Vrinda holds her finger and makes her touch the baby. Surili experiences shock. Vrinda tells her it isn’t an ordinary kid but a leech! It will take away the poison from Sitara when she will touch her. I will then play my ace card! Surili wants to know more but Vrinda suggests her to wait for the right time.
Rani Sa says even I fail to understand why Ratan did this. We have to do it if he has wished for it. We wont go against his wish. Yamini agrees. We must not go against the wish of a dead person. Talk to Viraj once about giving this royal family their heir. The ancestral property will be safe this way. Rani Sa thinks of the illusion which was shown to her by Mahamata. Yamini again requests Rani Sa to talk to Viraj once. I will send him. Viraj is standing at the door. Rani Sa refuses to talk to Viraj. Sitara has killed my husband! How can her baby give birth to our grand kid? Yamini asks her how this family will get a heir otherwise. Rani Sa shrugs. I don’t want Sitara to be a part of our family while Viraj does not wish to leave her! Viraj leaves from there without talking to his mother.
Sitara asks Viraj if he spoke to his mother. Viraj says I dint speak to her but I heard something. It is a beautiful feeling when you become parents. It is also a responsibility. It cannot be fulfilled properly till the time you aren’t ready for it. You cannot decide such things basis some bets. I don’t know how to fulfil or ignore such a condition! She suggests him to leave it on time. He nods. They lean closer for a kiss when she gets up. He asks her what the problem is. Whenever I try to come close to you, you step back. Are you hiding something from me? Don’t you love me? She hugs him. I love you very much but we cannot rush into this big decision like this. He hugs her back. You are right.
Vrinda takes the baby out of the pot. Surili is still confused. How will this newborn? Vrinda tells her it isn’t a newborn baby. The baby grows in a second. Vrinda repeats it is a leech which you have to leave outside Sitara’s house right away. Surili gives in. Vrinda says this will be my ace card.
Sitara is not able to sleep. Vishkanya’s have played a very big move. I handled this today somehow but I wont be able to do it every night. I don’t know what to do. She hears the sound of a baby crying and goes outside to check. She finds the baby girl / leech in the garden and picks her in her arms. She asks if anyone is around. Her body turns blue the moment she touches the baby / leech.
Sitara brings the baby / leech inside. Viraj asks her about the baby. She shares that she is clueless about the baby but the baby was crying a lot. He says it might of some servant. We will see tomorrow. She nods. I brought her here thinking the same. Viraj smiles looking at Sitara as she sings a lullaby for the baby. All 3 of them fall asleep.
Next morning, Rani Sa is missing her husband. Vrinda offers her tea but she politely declines. Vrinda says I am the new owner of the house and it is my order. Drink tea right away. Rani Sa looks at her puzzled. Vrinda says I was joking. I want you to drink tea for your sake. You will always rule this house. I fail to understand why Ratan ji gave me this responsibility. It’s been just a day but I am already worried. I wonder what will happen! I see nothing positive happening after what I saw last night. Rani Sa asks her what she is saying. Vrinda says I saw Sitara pacing outside entire night. Viraj must be sleeping inside. How will this family get a heir if they wont spend time together? Rani Sa says honestly I don’t want them to have a baby. This thought breaks my heart. Vrinda says seems like Sitara wants something similar. She killed Ratan for the very same reason! She wants to rule your business, your house after his death! Rani Sa says I don’t know what to do. I am in a fix. Vrinda suggests an idea. Sitara will run away herself if you talk to Sitara personally and tell her to give this family a heir at any cost! You will get what you want in return. You will get rid of Sitara!
Sitara names the baby Diya. The little girl smiles. Sitara smiles seeing her happy. A servant informs them that they have checked with everyone. This baby belongs to none of the people who are working here. Another servant comes to tell them that Inspector has come to meet Viraj. Viraj tells Inspector they couldn’t find out who this baby belongs to. Inspector suggests him to hand over the baby to them. We will give her to orphanage till the time they find out who her parents her. Sitara is reluctant to give the baby to any orphanage. She requests Viraj to let her stay with them till the time they find something about her. Viraj and Inspector agree. Inspector leaves.
Viraj tells Sitara that this baby will stay with them only for a few days. A servant comes to tell Sitara that Rani Sa has called her. Sitara is touched. Viraj wants to accompany her but servant conveys that Sitara has been called alone. Sitara touches the baby and feels dizzy again. Viraj asks her if she is fine. She nods. I will meet Rani Ma and come. Take care of Diya till then. He assures her about it. She goes. He too heads to take a shower seeing Diya sleeping peacefully.
Albeli shouts for tea. Yamini knocks at the door. Albeli has a pack on her face. She thinks it is some servant and says I am the sister of the owner of the house. You should listen to whatever I say in a second! Yamini pushes her hand away. Albeli changes her tone seeing Yamini who warns her not to take this for granted. You only got this opportunity for a month. She twists Albeli’s hand in a second. You think you will get my husband his right?
Albeli advises her not to get angry. You are very short tempered. Listen to me calmly. I know you want to rule the palace and I understand your pain. I have a very good offer for you. Sitara mistakes that she has accepted her again but Rani Sa tells her not to live in any misunderstanding. I dint forget you and wont forgive you ever! I am just doing the dharma of a Queen. I went to Kuldevta’s temple to pray for a heir. I would have ended up sacrificing my life if it was up to me but I am helpless in front of my duty! I had to pray for this for the sake of my family. I know that you are married to Viraj but you both share no such relation. I prayed for this so you become a mother soon! This apple is the Prasad of the same prayer. Sitara recalls finding out that she is a Vishkanya.
Rani Sa tells Sitara to accept the apple if she wants the wellbeing of this family. Do it only when your intentions are true or our family will be in grave danger. You must consummate your marriage with Viraj tonight! Sitara looks at the apple. I cannot lie or tell my truth to anyone. I don’t want to put my life in risk by accepting this fruit either. She walks away from there shocking Rani Sa.
