Doctor tells Jagya that cancer is having the stages to know about Patient’s status but it is not in the case of leukemia and cancerous cells mixes in the blood. Jagya says, we will start with the chemotherapy. Doctor says, it is the only way. You have to take care of him and also have to observe him carefully. Jagya says, we will take care of him. Ganga asks, how much time is left for Mannu? Doctor says, he can live for 6 months or 1 years and it can also happen that he can live for life. Ganga says, we have to ready. He can leave us anytime. Jagya tries to comfort her.

Ganga asks Mannu to drink the syrup. Mannu drinks it. Dadisaa is pained to see Mannu. She takes him in her lap and send him out to play. Ganga starts crying. Dadisaa consoles her. She says, unburden your heart with tears, but don’t cry later. I won’t let you cry. She tells her that children will feel if she cry. Anandi asks her to fight with the disease. She says, I have done the sankalp that Mannu will be fine. She asks her to promise her that she won’t shed any more tears. Ganga promises her while crying.
