Kanha says, Mayya if she’s an elder, she should live that way. Respect increases when you give it to others.. if she insults others what does she expect.
Nani comes down the stairs saying I also don’t want to stay in this house where servants have become owners… everyone is selfish and standing with their heads down. Rohini wants to help her carry the suitcase. Nani asks her not to help her.
Mukta/Surbhi also come there.
Nani sees the house temple and goes to it. She walks past Jogi/Divya/Kanha in going there.
She folds her hands in front of Radha/Krishna and says bhagwan we’re going from this house, but before I leave, I will pray for the peace and calm of this house… I only want your blessings for this house.
Divya comes to her and Nani asks her not to stop her… because I don’t want you to be insulted in a house where you used to be a ‘maalkin’. Don’t stop me.
Divya says, I won’t stop you Mausiji (Nani gets shocked).
I won’t stop you today. Divya hugs her and says, wherever you go, take care of yourself.
Nani says, Shabash Divya… shabash. Great luck of mine that I got a daughter like you. Even you became a member of a servant’s family today? You forgot… for your family, your daughter and her daughter, I gave my life… you know very well I took Tappu’s side every time… stood with her all the time. And today, no member of this family is standing with me.
Divya says, I always supported you Mausiji… but when you support someone, and when you leave them alone, no one knows. When Tapasya was kicked out of this house due to her mistakes, you’re forgetting that even you left her side.
Nani gets a flashback of when Jogi kicked Tapasya out and asked Nani if she’s so worried about her, he won’t stop her either… but she didn’t leave with Tapasya.
Tapasya had to be punished for her mistakes alone… you will have to be punished alone for your mistakes too. Look after yourself.
Icha signals to Mukta and Mukta goes to Nani and says, if you want, you can stay with us… Icha smiles.
Mukta says, please don’t mind Kanha bhayya, but can I ask for sucha small gift on my birthday? You won’t refuse right?
Nani says, I knew it. I knew my Mukku wouldn’t let me leave and she will stop me.
Mukta says, yes Nani, I don’t want you to leave because that’s what Icha Maa wants. Nani stares at Icha and Icha is surprised.
Mukta says, Icha Maa, this is what you wanted right? That’s what I did.
Nani says, oh… this ‘chaal’ is this chuhiya’s as well. She will make me rub my nose on the floor and will become great in the eyes of this family… people will say that Icha bitiya didn’t steal the roof from an old woman’s head.
Mukta says, it wasn’t any of Icha maa’s plans. I want you to apologize to Icha Maa, only then you can stay in this house.
Nani is shocked. So is everyone else.
Nani refuses to ask for forgiveness from icha on mukta’s direction.she leaves the house cursing icha.But has a difficulty getting an auto an hence has to carry her suitcase herself.
Seeing divya sad,mukta consoles hr saying that such a harsh step was necessary to help nani learn a lesson.divya says that she is not bothered about that but that if she had shown the same maturity that she is showing now,they would hav tapasya with her today.Yet she cant help but wonder what would nani do at this age and where would she go?Mukta consoles her saying that nani has no opttion but to find a way out.
Gunvanti is wondering what do mukta’s family have to talk to her about.She finds jogi coming in with his lawyer telling her that the newspaper gimmick that she had shown mukta is not going to deter her from pursuing the case and that she has her whole family supporting.Also he could have gone to veer who would have been devastated by her behaviour but he didnt want to spoil a mother son relationship but warns her not to try such measures as she is going to figth this case not for herself but for every woman in the world.
Thinking about saving money,she hesitantly orders tea and biscuits for herself agonized at the place’s uncleanliness.By chance,tej too stops by for tea at the dhaba and seeing her,approaches her with a plate of biscuit and tells her that in bad times,its better to shake hands with the enemy.She looks at him startled and starts to think about what he just said and is reminded that he had told her that he is half hei to the budela property.She reluctantly starts eating and bearing him.
Meethi comes in asking for nani and then thinking she must be in the kitchen making food for her,she goes but finds mukta and icha there.She asks mukta for nani as she is hungry.also she has lots to tell her.mukta tells her that she is gone but when she fails to give meethi a proper answer,she guesses something is up and then pesters mukta to tell her what happned.mukta tells her the entire story.Meethi is horrified and and comments that if she doesnt ask for forgiveness from icha she would also be thrown out of the house just like nani and says its such a disgusting behaviour and walks out.Mukta goes behind her to explain things.The screen freezes on icha’s pained toubled face in the kitchen.
