Aatishgarh Haveli:
Pavitra is taking out white hairs from her head (eww ). Kajri comes there. She offers the bowl full of kheer to Pavitra who happily takes it. Kajri starts talking in riddles when Pavitra asks her if there is any celebration today or someone’s birthday. She replies yes it is a big secret.
Pavitra falls for her. No one can keep any secret from me. I know everything. She instigates her saying maybe bua (Ekadashi) forgot to tell her. Pavitra shows off. I knew everything from the beginning when Meethi was to come, what was to happen while she stayed and now her departure. Nothing is hidden from me. I even know what is going to happen next.
Kajri fakes I cant believe it that you know. You are not saying the truth. Pavitra says what. The Ram Naam Satya hai (- The name of Ram is truth – is commonly chanted while carrying a dead body to the cremation ground in India and Nepal. This recitation implies that the dead body no longer sustains the truth (breath) which is Ram Nam. The dead body devoid of the breath or Ram Nam has no value whatsoever) is about to happen with Meethi. Is that what you are hinting at? Kajri becomes restless / worried.
Kajri mutters yes this only. Pavitra calls her a fool. All this happened in front of my very own eyes. Maiyya has sworn Akash in her blood to kill Meethi. He would have taken her to the jungle by now to do the needful. Jiji’s revenge will now get fulfilled.
Kajri asks from Meethi? What did she do? She dint hurt anyone. Pavitra nods not Meethi, her mother. She tells her everything in mute. Kajri is worried sick. Pavitra sends her off to get one more bowl of kheer for her. As Kajri leaves, she calls her a fool for doubting her.
On the way from Aatishgarh:
Meethi and Akash come to a place where they can hear echo. She shouts Vishnu, I love you. She smiles. He tells her to continue walking. She looks at him. I wont be able to walk. Pick me up na. The song again starts playing as he picks her up in his arms. He puts her on ground after sometime. He has flashback of Maiyya’s words – who do you want alive – your mother or that Iccha’s daughter? He is in a dilemma and looks at her.
Aatishgarh Haveli:
Agarth compliments Ekadashi for the drama she had done to convince Akash yesterday. What a trick she played. She rues I was waiting to take revenge from that Iccha. But she died. But her daughter is still alive. Someone will have to bear the pain. Iccha’s family will shed equal amount of tears like I did after my husband passed away. Agarth nods while Maiyya angrily adjusts her pallu (veil) on her head.
On the way from Aatishgarh:
Akash again asks her if she is scared. She replies he is here, her saviour, who can even think of touching / harming me when you are with me. She hugs her. He has flashback of what Maiyya had said. Take her to the jungle and kill her. The fire inside me will be doused then only.
Meethi asks him why his heart is beating so fast. Its as if you are scared of something.
He replies nothing. I am scared for not finding the right path. And even if I do, I am scared whether I will be able to tread on it or not. Seeing her confused he again dismisses it as nothing.
He asks should we go ahead now. She nods but then spots some flowers and goes to get them for herself. Akash calls after him but she keeps heading towards the flowers.
Maiyya’s words echo in his head. Who do you want alive – your mother or that Iccha’s daughter? Do not forget your destination. Send Meethi to her mother. Episode ends on his confused / worried face.
