Akash makes the tilwasan posture. Maiyya encourages him to give his best. He begins chanting Om Namah Shivaye with full dedication. Very strong wind blows and Akash loses his balance. Meethi goes to help him as he falls down. Why are you putting yourself through so much? Priest calls it a bad omen. Puja has been incomplete. Meethi tells Akash to come with her. He apologizes to her for he couldn’t complete the puja. She stops him from saying anything further and tells him firmly that they are going home. Sankrant takes him to the car. Meethi is worried how to explain him that these hindrances indicate that maybe even God doesn’t want our dream to come true.
Tappu looks at the moon through the window. Rathore comes and hugs her from behind. He talks to her romantically about her being his moon. They both share an eye lock. Dil Kyun Ye Mera plays. Suddenly lightning strikes and she hugs him. He closes the window as it starts raining. They share some romantic moments together. He keeps looking at her and she asks him about it. He replies that time tried to come in between them a lot many times yet they were never away from each other. We are still together and have resumed our story from where we had left it. Tappu feels like they are meeting for the first time again today…at the same place. He tells her that nothing can come in between them except their love. She too wishes the same. He caresses her head and kisses her forehead followed with the promise that it will stay like this forever. They both are lost in each other’s eyes.
Meethi is putting ointment on Akash’s feet. He finds her lost and worried. She says if I tell you that all this puja would amount to no use then?
Downstairs, Maiyya wonders whose evil eyes are on her family. The puja was interrupted twice. Gomti suggests her to think that it will be twins as there were two hurdles in the puja. Pavitra likes it that they will be able to save some money this way. Maiyya tells her to do what she is doing. I know you both are jealous from inside. I wish that your curse should not affect Meethi in any way. I wish that your (Gomti’s) words turn out to be true about the twins. Door bell rings.
Akash moves closer to Meethi. I wish that whatever you said just now proves out to be false. Nothing like this will happen.
Priest has come to tell Maiyya that her DIL can never become a mom. Gomti is all smiles. Maiyya is angry at the priest for talking rubbish. Priest sticks to his words. I had read it in your DIL’s hand earlier only but had a hope that maybe God will be pleased from this puja But it wasn’t thus which is why the storm came at the time of puja only. Maiyya is shocked and shakes her head.
Akash tells Meethi not to talk like this. I can fight with the storm outside but if you will talk like this then what will I do? What will I do when my strength will break? She tells him finally that she can never become a mother. I cannot give heir to this family ever. He looks shocked and feels that she is saying all this because of their baby’s loss. Everything will be fine. This baby is my hope for life. I cannot let anything happen to this baby. You will become a mother and give heir to this family. You should rest as you look tired. But we are never going to talk on this matter again or I will get upset. She wonders how to explain this truth to him.
Maiyya is hell bent on having a heir. I will do anything for it. I want a grandson. Pavitra reminds her of what priest said a while back. Gomti says that our son is perfectly alright which means that we can get a heir if someone else comes in Akash’s life. Maiyya gets thinking.
Next morning, Meethi looks at the Bal Krishna idol in her hand. She asks Akash what all he wants in a baby – looks, etc. Akash sits down next to her. Eyes, face should be like you and mind and height like me. This world lacks people who are pure at heart (like you). Strong like me and should look like you. She says even God wont be able to do this much. He is sure this will happen for sure. She wants him to come with her to some place. It is a surprise. He is excited to see what his wife has planned for him.
Rathore kisses Tappu’s forehead to wake her up and has made coffee for her too. He corrects her when she calls it his house and also understands it that she will take time to adjust here. She tastes the coffee and finds the same taste. He shares his secret of the coffee. She gets Mukku’s call. Mukku is crying about some dream which worries both of them. Tappu agrees to come right away.
Meethi takes Akash to an orphanage. Akash is taken aback to know that Meethi is thinking of adopting a kid. What joke is this? He doesn’t want a baby like this. She cannot understand what the problem in adopting a baby is. These kids need love, family to take care of them. we can give them a better future and our dream too would be fulfilled. Maiyya too will get her heir. He doesn’t have a problem with these kids or adoption but want the first baby to be of his blood. We can take this step too if we want to later on but not before that. She tries to make him understand but he stays firm. First baby will be of my blood. I don’t want any further discussion on this. He walks out of the cabin while she tries to tell him that she can never become a mom but in vain. Why don’t you understand!
The orphanage lady gives her a form. It needs to be signed by you and your husband. She takes the file and clutches on to it sadly.
Meethi comes home. Maiyya asks her about Akash but is told that he left for office. Maiyya tells her about what the priest told her yester night. She is sure he could be wrong.
