Next morning:
Tapasya asks Kasha to make coffee for her… she comes down the steps talking on the phone and slips on the steps… bumps her head on one of the pillars and her head bleeds. Tej stands over her and smiles. He says, I kept my word – sweetheart. Tapasya dies. Tej Singh laughs.
Turns out he was dreaming… Tapasya sprinkles some water on him… she says Good Morning, whose sweet dreams were you dreaming?
Tapasya says, my mum used to tell me that all dreams in the morning come true…
Tej smirks at that.
Tapasya asks him to get up quickly.
She goes out of the room.
Tej says, my dream will come true for sure.
He gets up and sits on the sofa.
Tapasya asks Kasha to make coffee for her. Tej says, wow, what I saw in my dream is coming true.
Tej jumps for joy in his room…
Tapasya comes down the steps talking on the phone…
Tej gives a running commentary on her going down the steps…
He comes running out of the room to see if Tapasya has fallen yet… Tapasya is not on the steps… in a hurry to go down he slips himself and is about to hit the pillar when Tapasya puts a cushion between his head and the pillar.
He says what he hell happened?
Tapasya says, how low will you fall now?? Stop it already.
Tapasya calls Kasha Kaka…
Kasha comes and asks what’s he doing here?
Tapasya says, some idiot put some oil on the steps and he slipped… make sure it gets cleaned or someone else might fall.
Kasha leaves. Tapasya says, you must have heard two sayings a lot of times in life.
First: Those who dig a hole for someone, they always fall in it themselves. Just like you did.
Second: The one who is protected by God, no one can touch him! Not even you.
Keep this cushion saved… it saved your life today… or I might have had to wear white sari today.
Tapasya leaves him sitting on the floor and Tej dials his lawyer’s phone. He says, cut Tapasya’s name off the papers… do anything… I’m coming to you right now.
Mukta wakes up in the morning and sees Meethi missing from the bed. She’s worried where Meethi left so early?
She sees a card on the pillow that says: Everyone should have a friend like you, Love Meethi.
Mukta says, now don’t stop yourself… go live your life. Go to the one who’s waiting for you. Remember, it’s very difficult to find love…
Veer in his room when Gunwanti/Umed come to him.
Umed says, I am sorry Lalla, we couldn’t gather the courage to tell you about Yuvi’s punishment.
Gunwanti says, don’t worry, I will talk to the lawyer and appeal to the Supreme Court.
Veer says, why?
Gunwanti says, I won’t tolerate my grandson in jail.
Veer says, what Yuvi did with that poor girl, he deserves the punishment.
Gunwanti says, whatever you have to say to Yuvi, you tell him when he comes back home… but I can’t tolerate him in jail. I brought him up so lovingly… for this day?
Veer says, did you bring him up so he could molest a girl?? The fear for punishment should be BEFORE you make a mistake, not after it.
I don’t want him to feel that his father’s money is to cover up his mistakes. He has to bear the punishment.
Vishnu practicing boxing on some “matkas” (I don’t know what to call those in English, lol) somewhere. Meethi comes running to the place and sees him fighting.
Meethi says, I love you Vishnu to his back.
He turns around… Meethi comes running and hugs him and says I love you, Vishnu.
Vishnu says, I love you too, Meethi.
Meethi sees some blood on his hands from shattering all those ‘matka’
She says, you hurt yourself again today? Promise me you won’t hurt yourself after today.
Vishnu holds her hand in a promise.
He says, I promise you. But I also need a promise from you… that you won’t be angry with me, and never talk about leaving me.
Meethi says, promise… you’re mine, only mine.
