Friday Update On Young Love

Sept 14 Episode

Location: On the road.
Jagiya asks shiv to return anandi back to him saying that he was very angry when she left him and went to the temple but later realised that it wasnt love but anger.Also when shiv looks confused he goes on to show him all the things that anandi had kept in the suitcase as a memory and that signifies that se has still kept those memories alive as if she had wnted she could have thrown them after jagiya left.And this could mean only one thing and that is she still loves him.He says that he was wrong and she was right and that now he knows what he wants and thats anandi.

Scene 2:
Location: Jaitsar haveli
Anandi who has come to keep jagiya’s washed clothes in the almirah notices the suitcase with its contents strewn on the bed.She goes over and rummages through the things all the while wondering who could have done that when she had already closed down all pathways leading to the past who has given them a chance to creep up once again and for what reason.

Scene 3:
Location: On the road
Jagiya continues convincing shiv that he wants her back and for that to happen shiv has to refuse to marry her.He says that he has made many mistakes in life but the biggest was leaving anandi.He argues that shiv being a literate and such a well known man would get any girl he wants but jagiya would never get a girl like anandi.And he also says that nobody else can take place of jagiya in anandi’s life.He says that when he saw her going away his whole life with her flashed in front of his eyes,the way that they have practically lived together more than half of their lives,their relation extends beyond months and days but looks like an eternity since their childhood,thy have shared every little joy and sadness of life together,they know each other inside out,each other’s weaknesses and strengths.He said that he agrees that he was led astray when he grew up and mistook his relation as friendship and nothing more but he sees the truth clearly now.He says that he’s breathing but not alive,is like a moving corpse.

Jagiya praises him saying that he is a noble man with a great heart who helps people even if it lands him in difficulty and therefore he is asking for his help by refusing to marry anandi.Shiv says that he’s happy that jagiya has had realisation but unfortunately anandi has moved on and said yes.Jagiya stops him saying that she said yes because she was forced into it to fulfill the promise she made to her mother when she was breathing her last.Shiv remembers anandi telling him that she’s marrying not for herself but her mother.jagiya asks him if she has ever said i love you to him.He makes him realise that what she feels for him is utmost respect but not love.He says that shiv met her when she was angry and desperate with her life and therefore took on him as a crying shoulder and somebody to rely on to steer her through.He says that he knows he has hurt her a lot but unless he’s given a chance to rectify his mistake how would he win her trust back and for that shiv has to step back by calling off the marriage and jagiya can reenter her life.He says that even dadisa understnds it and told her to marry jagiya instead of shiv.Shvi is shocked hearing this.He asks what was anandi’s response.jagiya tells him that she said no but thats because she’s angry at me and also because she’s a principled lady and would never do that kind of injustice to shiv.But if shiv refuses then she wont be compelled to marry him and instead they would save three lives from destruction his,shiv’s and anandi’s.He gets down on shiv’s feet saying that if he wants her to be happy then he should say no to marrying and give him back his life,anandi and for that he would be ever grateful.Shiv’s ears are still ringing with jagiya’s words and he picks him up back on his feet,while jagiya continues to literally beg in front of him.

Scene 3:
Location: Shiv’s house in jaitsar
Shiv is watching the engagement video and pauses when she sees anandi’s troubled face right before she slips the ring in his finger.Thsi sets him into rethinking what jagiya told her,what anandi had said about marrying for her mother.He tries to convince himself by ssaying that he saw real happiness on anandi’s fce today and no pretension.But the she remembers her descision to make jagiya stay in the narayn case,her concern fr jagiya when their jeep hit him and her wifely attitude when jagiya was feigning memory loss and also when she finally allows him to stay in the haveli.But then he remembers jagiya telling him that dadisa supported jagiya’s descision.He goes over to the almirah and takes out the kurta pajama that dadisa had given him on his first visit.he goes on to think about the lenghts and breadths to which dadisa went to get anandi engaged to shiv saying him to be the perfect match.He argues that if now she sees anandi reuniting with her ex husband that means it really stands a chance and if that happns and anandi forgives jagiya truly then teh haveli would get its son back and the only thing standing in the way of all this is him.

Location: Jaitsar haveli
Jagiya is woken up by gehna with his morning tea.He wakes up and remembers his last conversation with shiv and is elated that he is free from all guilt in life and has no regrets.An that everything in his life is now clear.But just as he is about to sip,he remembers making changes in shiv’s project for the railways when he was in his office.He then is scared that one issue is still unresolved and he doesnt want to keep any wrong doing pending for remedy.He thinks that he doesnt want nay more negativity or wrong in his life as he wont be able to carry the burden if the guilt and decides to tell shiv about it and leaves.

Bhairo and basant along with gehna who’s combing nandu’s hair and dadisa in presidence are looking at the plan that the wedding planner had made for the wedding area.On being asked their opinion,basant says it all looks good on paper.The planner assures that it would be even more beautiful in reality.The caterer too shows the menu that is prepared.Basant glances at it and says that they would require the approval of the groom’s side also who they are expecting any minute now for finalising things.He asks dadisa if she wants anything apart from typical rajasthani food and some other cuisines.She,who’s taking part in all of this with a heavy heart says its left best on them to decide.Basant enquires about the scribblings next to the desert area and is informed that they are icecreams flavours and they have to tick whiever they want.Meanwhile nanadu runs away to play and anandi gets tea for them.Gehna comes upto her and emotionally says that she still cant believe that soon,there’s going to be her haldi ceremony and soon her marriage.To avoid the topic,anandi excuses herself saying that she needs to get amla kept on the roof to dry off and goes.

Shiv’s family comes there.with dadaji joking that he dragged all of them so early bacause he wanted to have anandi’s taste in the breakfast and jokingly trying to convey that his daughter in laws arent that good chefs just to tease them.Dadaji looks at the plan and says that is looks very grand.On being asked about shiv’s absence,mahi tells them that he wnet early morning for some work and would come soon.

Scene 2:
Location: In the temple
Shiv is standing in front of l;ord ganesha and thinking about his past moments right from their first meeting and how their relationship progressed thereon.He prays to the lord and then in a disturbed state of mind comes out of the temple.

Scene 3:
Location: Jaitsar haveli
Jagiya come out of his room to find both the families discussing about the marriage.Dadaji jokes that the breakfast that gehna has made,is prompting him to send his daughter in laws to her for some culinary training,if she doesnt mind.All laugh,mahi too butts in saying that there’s no need for that since anandi would soon be at their house aftre marriage and can train them properly.Amidst such banter,they see shiv coming in.Jagiya is concerned looking at him.Everybody is pleased and welcome him but he refuses to sit saying that he has something important to tell everyone.He stops gehna,when she offers to get anandi saying that its better that she isnt here or else he wont be able to say what he has to.Everybody is concerned.Ira and dadaji ask him whaqts the matter.He says that he doesnt accept the proposala nd doesnt want to marry anandi.jagiya hears this from the balcony and everybody downstairs gets up in shock.A clattering sound aftyer that forces everyone to look at the stairs where anandi who just having heard this has dropped the tray of amls that she got fromt he roof.Shiv is tensed looking at her.Ira and dadji approach him to aks what went wrong all of a sudden.Mahi too comes and asks him to confide in him atleast but shiv doesnt answer anything.Bhairo comes up and says what is the misunderstanding and if they have done anythign to hurt him.He casts a shooting glance at dadisa too.Shiv says its nobody’s mistake.He just cant.Basant says they have heard but they wnat the reason.When shiv says he cant tell,bhairo says that means there is one and asks him to say it.Ira reprimands him for such behaviour that yesterday they sent out the first card and today he’s talking about calling it off.Shiv says that sometimes realisation hits when time has passed,and sometimes well within it.He’s fortunate that with him the latter happened and that he has understood that this marriage cant and shouldnt happen.Dadisa having some thoughts is taking in the recent turn of events.Shiv says that the entire fault is his and he knows it is humiliating and hurtful for both families.Bhairo tells him that marriage isnt a child’s play that someday u wish to,and other days u dont.Alok too questions his behaviour and reprimands him to tell the reason.Jagiya is listening to all this from the balcony while anandi still cat believe it remembering his confession of love for her just the previous day.Bhairo now emotional and angry too asks him that as a father he has a right to know the reason,its not that they hid anything from him and he knows very well what suffering and pain she’s been through and he stood like a wall tht time to help her and support her in coping through it.And now he’s leaving.If he had to,then he shouldnt have gotten together with her and asks what is the fault in her.Shvi says that they dotn deserve each other as they have different background and different thinking and he won tbe able to gel along with her for life.
