All the family members are shocked to know that Meethi lost her child whereas Pavitra and Gomti are happy. Doc tells them that Meethi lost her child even before she came to the hospital. Meethi sadly recalls her own promise to Akash that she wont do anything which can harm their child. She is in tears as she remembers how Yuvi had pushed her on the floor. Damini comes in the room and looks at her sadly. Meethi puts her head in her lap and cries for her baby.
Akash had told me not to go out yet I dint hear him. He had told me so many times to stay away from Yuvaan still I went. I killed our baby. Damini tells her not to say like this. You can become a mother again. Akash is a very intelligent guy. He will surely understand you. Meethi replies that he wont. This child was his dream. He had all his hopes and aspirations pined on this baby. He will never forgive me. Everyone was against this baby but he stood by me and supported me in every step.
He had warned me to stay away from Yuvi but I dint listen to him. He decorated the whole room with toys when he got the good news. There were so many hopes about this baby whom I couldn’t save. Tappu, Rathore and Mukku listen sadly from outside. Damini still believes that Akash can understand her as he loves her a lot. Tappu suggests leaving the two alone for some time. They all leave from there.
Downstairs, Gomti and Pavitra are happy over Meethi’s miscarriage. They share their feelings with Maiyya who is about to give them a fitting reply but right then Akash calls out for his aunt angrily. He asks for Meethi and is all the more worried to see the rest of the family members there. Maiyya tells him about the miscarriage. Akash is stunned and is not ready to believe it. rathore tells him everything about Yuvi.
Meethi too is upset at her brother. I tried to stop him so much but he dint pay heed. I was not able to control myself when I saw him. I don’t know why I couldn’t stop myself! She cries for her baby. I lost my baby because of my own mistake, my own brother. Damini tries to calm her down. I have full faith that Akash wont be upset with you after knowing everything.
Rathore relates the rest of the incidents. A tear escapes Akash’s eyes as he clutches on to the doll he had brought for his baby. He cries for his baby. Rathore pats on his shoulder but he eventually removes his hand shocking everyone. You must be happy now that we are even? Your daughter thinks that I am responsible for her husband’s condition. Its all equal now. Mukta tells him that she has come to know that Yuvi was behind everything. Akash says you came to know it now. I always wished that I should be punished for life. Congratulations Mukta, I got my punishment. He turns to Rathore.
You were the most responsible person of our house. You considered Meethi your own daughter and you knew she was pregnant. Why did you take her along? Rathore stands there quietly. You took her along in that condition as she is not your real daughter after all. Mukta apologizes to him but his baby cannot come back by saying sorry. You should be happy that your prayers got answered. I got punished. But I will pray that your baby stays safe. I lost my baby but you should be happy.
Maiyya tells him not to indulge in all this right now. Go to Meethi as she needs you right now. He points out that she must be happy now as she got what she wanted. Decorate the house with diyas. My baby, which was a sin according to you, is dead. My own family has cast their evil eyes on my happiness. No one here is my family. He looks upstairs and thinks of Meethi but stops on the stairs. He looks at the doll in his hand and leaves from Bundela House even though Maiyya tries to stop him but in vain.
This is not right. This all shouldn’t have happened. I know my son. He is angry on all of us including me. The wound is too deep and he will take his own time to heal. He will stop talking to everyone. No one will be able to make him understand. He will eventually calm down. Meethi needs him and he himself is broken from inside. This is not right at all. Maiyya cries and so does Mukta.
Akash is walking on a road as he recalls when the doctor had first told him the good news. The rest of the incidents follow where everyone was happy for their baby and how he had wanted a baby girl and Meethi wanted a boy. He recalls Maiyya telling him about Meethi’s miscarriage. Ab saare bandhan tod ke plays in the background as he stands in the middle of nowhere holding the doll close to his heart. He notices a woman trying to adjust the bamboo of her shelter in the heavy rain while she holds a baby in her arms.
He rushes to help her and she blesses him. He gives her some money and picks up the doll but stops. He looks at the baby girl and remembers the time when they were enjoying spicy panipuri. They had fought on spicy-sweet back then and they each eventually got what they wanted. He gives the doll to that lady too while the song continues in the background. Epi ends on the split screen with Meethi and Akash. Akash is not happy with what Meethi did.
